Dioné Tamayo-Brady is trained and educated as an electrical engineer with her degree in Mathematics and was very successful in her position as Senior Electrical Engineer for Motorola from 1995 to 2003. After realizing that her skills were diverse and wanting to advance her career in a new direction, Dioné decided to get into the residential real estate market. Dioné Tamayo-Brady got her license in Real Estate in 2000 and in 2004 started her successful Residential real estate business. Being very analytical, Dioné started to investigate Commercial Real estate early on and invested in the CCIM classes to advance her career in CRE. Today Dione owns her own Brokerage business and continues to help her client buy and sell residential houses with her team. Also Dione is helping investors and landlord buy and sell commercial real estate as well as leasing and managing centers.
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
